This is a fantastic simple little cafe which serves excellent breakfasts and lunches.

The staff have always been friendly and extremely efficient.

A great place for a simple snack.

There was a time in this cafes life where it made a go of branching out into restaurant status. However, the people of Motherwell were not impressed and so it is now back to doing what it does best: coffee and lunch.

The coffee in here is lovely, and there are plenty varieties to choose from. I usually go for the latte which comes in a tall glass with cream, although I did go for a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows one day and it was marvellous too.

They do a good takeaway service and get a lot of trade from workers in the area at lunchtime. Although i would say they are a little slow, so if you are in a rush then phone up ahead of time to pre-order.

The cakes in here are also delicious. I recommend the 'lumpy-bumpy' toffee cake and the dime bar cake, both of which are simply magnificent.

Great Coffee House close to the Train Station where the atmosphere is homely. Take away rolls, soup etc are also available along with the normal sit down menu. Staff are friendly and helpful with a great standard of customer service. Food includes a variety of homemade meals, snacks and cakes, nicely cooked and of excellent quality. The space itself doesn't seem cramped and there is ample room between tables and chairs to relax and eat in comfort. Usually busy the coffee is good here and it provides a perfect spot to have something before going for a train.

http:/ (http://) This has to be the worst coffee shop I have ever had the misfortune to visit. The staff are rude and the time it takes to be served is not acceptable. Tables are left uncleared from previous customers. They got our order wrong, we asked for 2 lattes and received 2 filter coffees. When we complained to the owner about the poor service ( her sister served us) and the fact that we received the wrong order we were told told we were rude ( which I can assure you we were not). When I mentioned that 2 filter coffees had arrived instead of 2 lattes the owner suggested we leave!! Oh, by the way we was myself and my 89 year old mother in a wheel chair!!
Very poor wheel chair access suggests to me the place should be closed down. Is it compliant?
We moved to Aulds in the Brandon Parade  the service was excellent, the staff made room for my mother's wheel chair and also brought our tray of food to the table as helped Mum settle.
If I could rate this with negative stars it would be 5-
